Yes. Selective interior tear-out is common commercial work — stripping a storefront, shop, or restaurant down to the shell so it can be rebuilt or re-leased. We pull fixtures, walls, flooring, and the kitchen build-out, haul it off, and leave a clean shell.
Yes — a country elevator is ag-commercial demolition, and it's work we take on. The whole plant comes into it: headhouse, leg, cribbed timber or concrete storage, the truck driveway and scale pit, and the boot pit, tunnel, and heavy footings below grade that usually have to come out to a set depth and get backfilled. It all comes down mechanically with the excavator, breaker, dozer, and dump trucks — no explosives, no implosion, no crane.
