Old Concrete Structure โ Clean Lot
Customer had an old concrete structure on the property โ the kind of thing that gets overgrown, ignored, and slowly turns into a problem. Property value drops, mowing becomes a hassle, and at some point you have to deal with it.
By the time we walked the site, the concrete was cracked and weathered, vegetation had taken over the corners, and there was no good reason to keep it standing. The customer wanted it gone โ clean lot, ready to use again.
We brought in the Komatsu PC150LC. That machine handles concrete demolition the way it should be done โ controlled, deliberate, and clean. No swinging wildly, no broken-up debris flying everywhere. Just busting the structure apart in sequence and pulling the pieces into a manageable pile.
Once the structure was down, we sorted what could be hauled, separated rebar where we could, and loaded the dump trucks. Demolition isn't done when the building is down โ it's done when the site is clean and the debris is gone. Anything less is just half a job.
Final pass with the skid steer to grade the spot smooth. Customer walked the lot with us, signed off, and we pulled out. Clean dirt, ready for whatever comes next โ landscaping, a new structure, or just open ground.
Demolition is one of the more satisfying jobs we do. Something old and useless turns into clean ground in a day or two.
