Brohez Trucking is a locally owned excavation and earthmoving contractor based in Mattoon, Illinois. We provide professional excavation, demolition, land clearing, material hauling, and driveway installation services to residential and commercial customers throughout Central Illinois.
Brohez Trucking provides the following services (collectively, "Services"):
The specific scope of work for each project will be agreed upon in writing or verbally prior to work commencing. Brohez Trucking reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.
We primarily serve customers within a 60-mile radius of Mattoon, Illinois. This includes but is not limited to: Decatur, Champaign, Urbana, Effingham, Charleston, Sullivan, Tuscola, Arcola, Shelbyville, Pana, and surrounding communities. Service outside this radius may be available on a case-by-case basis — contact us to confirm availability in your area.
Brohez Trucking provides free, no-obligation estimates for all projects. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit or consultation. An estimate is not a binding contract and is subject to change if:
Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated to the customer before additional work is performed whenever reasonably practicable.
Payment is due in full upon completion of the agreed work, unless other payment arrangements have been made in writing prior to the start of the project. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of the estimate or service agreement.
For larger projects, Brohez Trucking may require a deposit or progress payments, which will be specified before work begins.
If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, Brohez Trucking reserves the right to charge a late fee and/or pursue collection by lawful means. The customer is responsible for any reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees, if applicable under Illinois law.

Brohez Trucking is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground infrastructure.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brohez Trucking's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to services performed shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
Brohez Trucking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or damage to property not directly caused by our work.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, equipment failure, supply chain disruptions, or acts of God.
Brohez Trucking stands behind its workmanship. If you have a concern about work performed, contact us promptly and we will make reasonable efforts to address it. There is no express warranty beyond what is stated in a written service agreement, if any.
We make no warranty regarding the condition of materials supplied by third-party vendors beyond standard industry expectations.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Coles County, Illinois, or as otherwise required by law.
Brohez Trucking reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued engagement of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
